当前南海安全局势与美国角色选择——基于美国主流智库近期听证会的文本分析

【摘要】：近段时间以来,南海局势的发展引起美国国内激烈讨论。为此,美国国会举行主题为"美国在南海的安全角色"的听证会,邀请美国主流智库的学者参加。听证会围绕"当前南海安全局势"和"美国的政策选择"两部分展开。整体上,他们赞同美国政府采取对华示强的政策取向,同时希望中美关系和地区稳定得到保障。他们认为,中美南海争夺的核心是秩序和规则,中美围绕南海的博弈及带来的紧张局势将持续下去。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of the situation in the South China Sea has aroused heated discussion in the United States. To this end, the US Congress held a hearing on the theme "the United States' security role in the South China Sea." Invite scholars from the mainstream US think tanks to attend. The hearing will focus on the "current security situation in the South China Sea" and "US policy choices." on the whole, they agree that the US government should adopt a policy orientation towards Hua Shiqiang. At the same time, they hope that Sino-US relations and regional stability will be safeguarded. They believe that the core of the Sino-US competition for the South China Sea is order and rules, and that the game between China and the United States over the South China Sea and the resulting tensions will continue.
