阿拉伯世界与G20机制化建设——沙特阿拉伯视阈下的国际关系基础

【摘要】：后金融危机时代,二十国集团(G20)作为国际经济对话的首要平台,其未来发展将对国际制度设计、国际格局演变、全球治理、国际经济合作等方面产生深远影响,阿拉伯世界与G20机制化建设研究将显著丰富国际政治经济学理论背景。作为阿拉伯地区的能源大国、宗教圣地及海合会领袖,沙特阿拉伯是阿拉伯世界乃至中东的G20唯一代表。文章着重分析沙特阿拉伯在G20中的作用、立场和利益诉求,系统阐述沙特阿拉伯视阈下的G20国际关系基础,为G20未来机制化建设提供可行性论证和参考。
[Abstract]:In the post-financial crisis era, the Group of Twenty (G-20) as the primary platform for international economic dialogue, its future development will have a profound impact on the design of the international system, the evolution of the international structure, global governance, international economic cooperation, and so on.The study of the Arab world and the G20 institutional construction will enrich the theoretical background of international political economy.As the Arab region's energy power, religious shrines and GCC leaders, Saudi Arabia is the only representative of the G20 in the Arab world and the Middle East.This paper mainly analyzes Saudi Arabia's role, position and interest demand in the G20, systematically expounds the basis of G20 international relations from Saudi Arabia's perspective, and provides a feasible demonstration and reference for the future institutional construction of the G20.
