【摘要】：国家利益是国际社会中任何一个国家制订对外政策的根本出发点和落脚点。同样也是检测国家外交政策合理性的标准。在经济全球化的今天,国家利益的重合与分歧成为决定国家关系的基本原因。纵观60多年来中美关系的交往历程,可谓一波三折,跌宕起伏。在这看似无法捉摸的关系背后实则有一条贯穿的主线——国家利益。进入新世纪以来,中美由于愈加广泛的共同利益,使两国关系进入历史上最好的时期,双方在各领域不断加深合作。而客观上的利益分歧也使两国间不时出现无碍大局的“小插曲”。历史证明,当国家间出现共同利益时,双方就有合作的要求。利益交汇越多,合作基础越广,双边关系就越稳固。这将继续左右中美关系发展的大方向。论文第一部分对中美关系的历史与发展现状做了系统梳理。通过分析总结可以看出,中美关系可谓跌宕起伏,其背后的根源在于两国的国家利益。进入新世纪以来,由于双方共同利益的不断扩大,双方合作的加深,两国关系进入了历史上最好的阶段。第二部分,为了更好把握中美关系中的国家利益,对国家利益进行了理论综述。具体分析两国在彼此交往中的国家利益；第三部分研究中美两国的共同利益和利益分歧,可以看出,双方既在均致力于维护亚太及全球和平与稳定,经济上优势互补、互利双赢,依存度不断加深,通过文化交流促进沟通了解等方面有广泛共同利益；也由于美方影响中方主权和周边环境,贸易争端,社会制度和人权问题上的结构性矛盾使两国存在利益分歧。第四部分,对中美关系的未来发展提出对策思考。在宏观上深化和扩大共同利益,正视并妥善处理利益分歧；把握对美发展战略,建立健全对话机制。在具体操作上要在发挥地缘优势,加强自身实力；积极应对美国贸易保护措施；加强文化立法,优化产业结构,建立中国特色文化安全战略体系等方面努力。促进中美两国向着相互尊重、互利共赢的合作伙伴关系方向积极、健康发展。
[Abstract]:The national interest is the basic starting point and foothold of any country in the international community to formulate foreign policy. It is also the standard to test the rationality of the country's foreign policy.
