新地区主义视角下东亚合作模式探析

【摘要】：随着经济全球化和区域一体化的不断深化和发展，传统国际关系理论对这一趋势的解释力日渐消退。国际政治理论界有关新地区主义的研究再度升温，渐成一股潮流。今天的东亚地区合作呈现出非欧盟式的地区发展模式，，虽然已经取得了卓越的成就，但在某些方面也进入瓶颈期。归结其原因，大体上出于：地区主导力量缺失；地区合作制度缺失；地区合作共有观念的缺失。这三种缺失，结合区域内外的大国因素、东亚自身的多样性等原因，共同演变成为当前东亚地区合作陷入困境的症结所在。本文立足于选取新地区主义作为一种方法，试图以此为契机，分析现行东亚合作的特点、成因及其未来发展模式，并最终对新地区主义框架下中国的战略选择进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of economic globalization and regional integration, the explanatory power of the traditional international relations theory to this trend is fading day by day. The research on new regionalism in the international political theorists has warmed up again and gradually became a trend. Today's East Asian cooperation presents a non-EU model of regional development. Although it has made remarkable achievements, it has also entered a bottleneck period in some aspects. The main reasons are: the absence of regional leading power, the absence of regional cooperation system, and the lack of common sense of regional cooperation. These three deficiencies, combined with the factors of great power inside and outside the region, and the diversity of East Asia itself, have become the crux of the current difficulties of East Asian cooperation. Based on the selection of new regionalism as a method, this paper tries to take this as an opportunity to analyze the characteristics, causes and future development models of current East Asian cooperation, and finally discusses the strategic choice of China under the framework of new regionalism.
