新形势下的中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系

【摘要】：2014年,在国际和地区形势深刻复杂演变过程中,处在高位运行的中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系进入新的发展阶段,两国政治互信进一步加深,战略协作更趋紧密。中国愈加重视深化对俄罗斯各领域合作,俄罗斯一改对华合作畏首畏尾心态,前所未有地取消了对华合作的一些限制,使两国军事和能源合作取得突破性进展,其他领域合作出现"全面开花"态势。在俄罗斯战略重心总体向亚太地区转移调整中,俄罗斯对华全方位、宽领域、深层次的合作进程提前到来。虽然两国各领域合作仍面·临诸多挑战,但中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系的强劲发展势头难以逆转。
[Abstract]:In 2014, during the profound and complex evolution of the international and regional situation, the China-Russia comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, which is running at a high level, entered a new stage of development, and the political mutual trust between the two countries further deepened and the strategic cooperation became closer. China has paid more and more attention to deepening cooperation with Russia in various fields. As soon as Russia changed its timid attitude towards China, it has lifted some restrictions on cooperation with China as never before, thus making breakthrough progress in military and energy cooperation between the two countries. Cooperation in other fields has shown a "comprehensive flowering" trend. In the overall shift of Russia's strategic focus to the Asia-Pacific region, Russia's all-round, broad and deep cooperation with China has come ahead of schedule. Although cooperation between the two countries in various fields still faces many challenges, the strong development momentum of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Russia is difficult to reverse.
