【摘要】：正在华人学界研究钓鱼岛1问题的众多学者中,丘宏达先生应该是资历最深、学术贡献最大的学者之一。丘宏达学养深厚,中外贯通,他一生提倡多研读与自己国家相关的国际法案例,在国际法学界享有盛誉。他曾于1993—1999年担任台湾地区国际法学会理事长,1998—2000年担任设在英国伦敦的国际法学会世界总会会长,任满后获推选为该会终身副会长。他曾主编中、英文版《中国国际法与国际事务年报》长达30年之久,并于1981年和1987年分任中英
[Abstract]:Among the many Chinese scholars who study Diaoyu Dao 1, Qiu Hongda is one of the most qualified scholars. Qiu Hongda, with a deep education and good knowledge both at home and abroad, advocated to study international law cases related to his own country all his life, and enjoyed a high reputation in international legal circles. He served as president of the Taiwan Regional Society of International Law from 1993 to 1999. He was president of the World Federation of International Law Societies based in London, England, from 1998 to 2000. He was editor of the Chinese and English edition of the Chinese Annual report on International Law and International Affairs for 30 years, and was appointed Chinese and English in 1981 and 1987.
