【摘要】：从20世纪90年代开始,在国际关系范畴内有关文化的问题一直吸引着许多专家、学者的注意。其开端是美国学者塞缪尔·亨廷顿于1993年在美国《外交》季刊发表的文章《文明的冲突?》。尽管文化交流在国际关系研究中属于边缘课题,但是,自60年代以来,随着通讯技术的迅猛发展,大众文化生产成为世界性的产业。经济全球化不仅加深了国家间的经济关系,而且也推进着国家间的文化交流。在众多影响国际关系的因素中,文化因素对国际关系的影响越来越凸显。研究文化及文化对国际关系的影响也成为学界的一个热点。然而细化到文化交流对国家间关系的影响也变得越来越必要。作者研究的主题是冷战后中俄文化交流及对两国关系的影响,从时间上讲,主要研究的是冷战后,因为冷战结束以后,随着经济全球化的到来,世界上各国的关系变得更加密不可分,国家间的联系不仅仅是从经济上来考量,而是从文化的角度来考量,所以国家间的文化交流变得十分必要。全文分为四个部分：第一部分主要分析了文化交流的缘起和中俄文化交流的研究现状。希望读者可以对中俄文化交流有个初步的了解；第二部分主要讲国际关系中的文化与文化交流,希望读者在思考文化和文化交流的时候可以从国际关系的角度来考虑,同时,也对国家间文化交流的现状进行了简单的阐述；第三部分主要讲中俄文化交流对中俄关系的影响。首先描述了影响中俄关系的不利因素,然后描述中俄文化交流对中俄关系的积极意义,其中描述的方面存在一定的对应性,除此之外,在影响部分提到了中苏文化交流带给我们的启示并简单阐述了冷战后中俄文化交流的现状,希望读者可以更进一步的了解文化交流带来的积极意义,体会中俄文化交流的重要性和必要性；第四部分主要讲影响中俄文化交流的内外因素。对中俄文化交流的前景进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, cultural issues in the context of international relations have attracted the attention of many experts and scholars. It begins with the American scholar Samuel Huntington's 1993 article "clash of Civilizations?" published in the American Quarterly of diplomacy. Although cultural exchange is a marginal subject in the study of international relations, since the 1960s, with the rapid development of communication technology, mass cultural production has become a worldwide industry. Economic globalization not only deepens the economic relations between countries, but also promotes the cultural exchange among countries. Among the many factors influencing international relations, cultural factors have more and more influence on international relations. The study of culture and its influence on international relations has also become a hot spot in academic circles. However, the impact of cultural exchange on inter-state relations has become more and more necessary. The theme of the author's study is the cultural exchanges between China and Russia after the Cold War and their impact on the relations between the two countries. In terms of time, it is mainly studied after the Cold War, because after the end of the Cold War, with the advent of economic globalization, The relationship between countries in the world has become more inextricably linked. The relationship between countries is not only considered from the economic point of view, but also from the point of view of culture, so the cultural exchange between countries becomes very necessary. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part mainly analyzes the origin of cultural exchange and the current situation of cultural exchange between China and Russia. I hope that readers can have a preliminary understanding of Sino-Russian cultural exchanges. The second part mainly focuses on cultural and cultural exchanges in international relations. I hope that readers can consider cultural and cultural exchanges from the perspective of international relations when thinking about cultural and cultural exchanges. At the same time, The third part mainly talks about the influence of the cultural exchange between China and Russia on the relationship between China and Russia. First of all, it describes the unfavorable factors affecting Sino-Russian relations, and then describes the positive significance of Sino-Russian cultural exchanges to Sino-Russian relations, in which there are certain corresponding aspects. In addition, In the influence part, it refers to the enlightenment of Sino-Soviet cultural exchanges and briefly expounds the current situation of Sino-Russian cultural exchanges after the Cold War. I hope that readers can further understand the positive significance of cultural exchanges. The fourth part mainly discusses the internal and external factors that influence the cultural exchange between China and Russia. The prospect of cultural exchange between China and Russia is prospected.
