乌克兰危机与美俄新冷战

【摘要】：对于美俄两国目前是否陷入新的冷战,学术界存在很大争议。作为国际政治中的两个大国,美俄的矛盾将深刻影响国际关系的发展。在乌克兰危机的演变过程中,美俄两国关系中的冷战思维十分明显,这不仅伤害了两国之间的合作,也阻碍了国际关系的发展,并在东欧地区形成了近似"新冷战"的格局。如果认可这种新冷战格局的出现,那么对于其发展趋势,我们可以从美苏冷战的历史中找到参考,但是俄罗斯不会步苏联走向解体的覆辙。当今世界格局已经发生了深刻的变化,这为俄罗斯提供了巨大的回旋空间。而乌克兰作为被新冷战所争夺的对象,它将很难摆脱领土被撕裂的命运。
[Abstract]:There is a great controversy about whether America and Russia are falling into a new cold war. As two great powers in international politics, the contradiction between America and Russia will deeply influence the development of international relations. During the evolution of the crisis in Ukraine, the Cold War mentality in the relations between the United States and Russia was very obvious, which not only hurt the cooperation between the two countries, but also hindered the development of international relations, and formed a pattern similar to the "New Cold War" in Eastern Europe. If we recognize the emergence of this new cold war pattern, we can find reference from the history of the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union, but Russia will not follow the path of disintegration of the Soviet Union. Today the world pattern has undergone profound changes, which provides Russia with a huge room for manoeuvre. Ukraine, as the object of the new cold war, will struggle to escape the torn territory.
