[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States in 1979, bilateral relations have basically maintained a win-win situation. In 2017, the Communist Party of China will convene the historic 19th CPC National Congress. Efforts have been made to reshape the relationship between China and the world with a new type of inter-state relationship, and Trump, who has taken the unusual path of becoming US president, has also sought to reshape the relationship between the United States and the world around "American priority." Sino-US relations thus stand on a new historical starting point. On March 18, 2017, US Secretary of State Tillerson visited China. It is believed that the current Sino-US relations are at a "historic moment", and that the two countries need to have a "new dialogue" on their bilateral relations in the next 50 years, "the only definition of Sino-US relations is friendship", and the two countries should make "no conflict, no confrontation, mutual respect, and cooperation."
