东史郎日记案对历史认知与东亚和平的影响评析

【摘要】：日本老兵东史郎逝世已经10年,日本最高法院终审判决东史郎日记案败诉也已经16年。但时至今日,东史郎日记案仍不时地被中、日、韩和马来西亚等国家爱好和平的学术团体、民间组织和研究者所提及,中、美、德、韩等多国媒体也时常举例报道,东史郎日记案对今天的历史认知与东亚和平乃至未来均有一定的影响。本文较为详细的论述东史郎日记案的缘起和过程,从日本人和中国人对该案的评价,以及对东亚的历史认知及和平走向影响等角度,试图从中日关系的个案出发,分析历史问题对国际关系特别是对中日关系的重大影响,理应引起各界人士的重视。
[Abstract]:Ten years after the death of Japanese veteran Azuma Shiro, 16 years have passed since the Supreme Court's final decision on Azuma Shiro Diary. Today, however, the Azuma Shiro Diary case is still regularly reported by peace-loving academic groups, civil society organizations and researchers in China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and other countries. The Chinese, American, German, and Korean media also often cite examples. The Azuma Shiro Diary case has certain influence on today's historical cognition, East Asian peace and even the future. This paper discusses in detail the origin and process of the Azuma Shiro Diary case, from the perspective of the Japanese and Chinese evaluation of the case, as well as the historical cognition of East Asia and the influence of the trend of peace in East Asia, attempts to set out the case of Sino-Japanese relations. The analysis of the great influence of historical issues on international relations, especially on Sino-Japanese relations, should attract the attention of people from all walks of life.
