中国—中亚合作及其对新疆的意义

【摘要】：20世纪九十年代苏联解体后，中亚地区五个原苏联加盟共和国纷纷独立，中国迅速承认各国地位并开始了与之合作的进程。随着时间的发展，中国同中亚各国的合作日益加深，中亚在中国区域战略中的分量也越来越重，同时中国同中亚各国的合作也对新疆产生了直接的影响。新疆因其独特的地缘优势，加之顺应局势所制定的相应策略，使得自身在中国的中亚战略中有着无可取代的地位。今天，探讨中国同中亚各国的合作及其对新疆的意义，具有深刻的现实意义。中国同中亚各国的合作，是双方本着“互惠互利”原则开展的，无论是对单个的一方，还是对整个地区而言都是有益的。中国同中亚各国的合作涉及到政治、安全、经济、文化、科技等多个领域，合作领域广泛。同时中国同中亚各国还共同制定了一些相通的法律法规、政策条文、双边或多边的合作组织等等，合作的程度较深，并且这种程度还在继续加深。新疆作为中国的西北门户，肩负着大部分同中亚各国合作的任务，，中国同中亚各国的合作，不仅对新疆有着重要意义，对中国的区域战略同样意义深远。
[Abstract]:After the disintegration of the Soviet Union in the 1990s, the five former Soviet republics in Central Asia became independent one after another, and China quickly recognized the status of various countries and began the process of cooperation with them. With the development of time, the cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries is deepening day by day, and the importance of Central Asia in China's regional strategy is becoming more and more heavy. Meanwhile, the cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries has a direct impact on Xinjiang. Xinjiang has an irreplaceable position in China's Central Asia strategy because of its unique geographical advantages and corresponding strategies to comply with the situation. Today, it is of profound practical significance to discuss China's cooperation with Central Asian countries and its significance to Xinjiang. China's cooperation with the Central Asian countries is based on the principle of "mutual benefit", which is beneficial to both parties and the whole region. China's cooperation with Central Asian countries covers a wide range of fields, including politics, security, economy, culture, science and technology. At the same time, China and the Central Asian countries have also worked out some common laws and regulations, policy provisions, bilateral or multilateral cooperation organizations and so on, the degree of cooperation is deep, and this degree is still deepening. Xinjiang, as the gateway to the northwest of China, shoulders the task of most cooperation with the Central Asian countries. The cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries is of great significance not only to Xinjiang, but also to China's regional strategy.
