美国在海湾地区军事部署的“珍珠链战略”

【摘要】：与美国在沙特和伊拉克这两个海湾地区大国的军事基地一波三折、最终被迫关闭不同,冷战后美国在海合会其他五个中小国家的军事基地总体稳定。奥巴马担任总统以来,美国在科威特、巴林、卡塔尔、阿联酋和阿曼五国的军事基地由北向南,在海湾地区形成了弧形的"珍珠链",即北线的科威特,中线的卡塔尔和巴林,南线的阿联酋和阿曼。美国的"珍珠链"战略向北主要应对伊拉克乱局、打击"伊斯兰国"组织,向东主要应对伊朗构成的安全挑战,向南主要应对也门出现的教派纷争,其构成了美国在海湾地区面向北、向东和向南三个方向的"安全墙",与北部美国在土耳其的军事基地和南部美国在吉布提的军事基地形成了一条更长的"珍珠链"。
[Abstract]:Unlike the twists and turns of U.S. military bases in Saudi Arabia and Iraq, two major Gulf countries that were eventually forced to close, the U.S. military bases in the other five small and medium-sized GCC countries were generally stable after the Cold War. Since Obama took office, U.S. military bases in Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Oman have moved from north to south, forming an arc of "pearl chains" in the Gulf region, namely, Kuwait on the northern line, Qatar and Bahrain on the middle line. The south line of the United Arab Emirates and Oman. The "pearl chain" strategy of the United States mainly deals with the chaos in Iraq and the Islamic State in the north, the security challenges posed by Iran in the east, and sectarian strife in Yemen in the south. It constitutes a "security wall" facing north, east and south in the Gulf region, and forms a longer "pearl chain" with American military bases in Turkey in the north and those in Djibouti in the south.
