维和：中国大国形象塑造的路径选择

【摘要】： 近年来,国家形象日益成为一个国家“软实力”的重要组成部分,于是各个国家掀起了构建良好国家形象的热潮。对此,中国政府也不例外,基于中国发展的客观情况,提出了大国形象的理论。然而,国家形象并非与生俱来的,所以如何在国际社会塑造一个负责任的大国形象,就成为中国要解决的首要问题。而联合国维持和平行动则恰巧提供了这么一个平台,联合国维持和平行动,简称维和行动,是联合国为维护国际和平与稳定所采取的有效手段,至今已经走过了60多年的历程。中国在90年代之后开始积极参与联合国维和行动,为维护地区和平,保障联合国维和机制有效运行做出了贡献。与此同时,联合国维和行动也为中国在国际社会塑造“大国形象”创造了契机,给了中国一次被国际社会了解的机会,从不同的角度对外展示了中国的大国风范。积极参与维和行动对于中国在国际舞台上塑造大国形象具有积极的意义。一方面,有利于拓展中国的“大国形象”理论,给其不断注入新鲜的活力;另一方面,也有利于充实中国的外交理论,完善中国的外交战略。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the national image has become an important part of the "soft power" of a country, so each country has set off an upsurge of building a good national image. In this regard, the Chinese government is no exception. Based on the objective situation of China's development, the Chinese government has put forward the theory of the image of a big country. The international community's image of a responsible big country has become the first issue to be solved by China. The United Nations peacekeeping operation has provided such a platform. The United Nations peacekeeping operation, abbreviated as a peacekeeping operation, is an effective means adopted by the United Nations to maintain international peace and stability. It has gone through more than 60 years. After 90s, China began to actively participate in United Nations peacekeeping operations, contributing to the maintenance of regional peace and the effective operation of the United Nations peacekeeping mechanism. At the same time, the United Nations peacekeeping operation also created a contract for China to shape the "image of a big country" in the international community and gave China an opportunity to be understood by the international community. It shows China's great power from different angles.
Active participation in peacekeeping is of positive significance for China to shape the image of a big country on the international stage. On the one hand, it is beneficial to expand China's "big country image" theory and inject fresh vitality into it; on the other hand, it is also beneficial to enrich Chinese diplomatic theory and perfect China's diplomatic strategy.
