【摘要】：21世纪，世界经济的中心逐渐从大西洋转向太平洋，以中国和拉美地区的巴西等为代表的新兴经济体在世界经济中的地位和影响力不断提升。中国与拉美也在国际事务的合作中加强了对彼此的重视。近年来，，中国领导人频繁出访拉美，双方高层也进行了高效率、多层次的对话，加强政治交流；中拉经贸也飞速发展，为双方关系提供坚实基础。中拉关系越来越具有战略性及全球性意义。双方不断完善对话、合作机制。双边贸易持续快速发展，政治互信、科技、人文交流也欣欣向荣。在全球化与多极化的国际格局下，中拉双方的合作充满机遇与挑战。既有着巨大的合作潜力，也存在着矛盾与障碍，中拉合作论坛也在此时应运而生。中拉双方应在完善中拉论坛等合作机制中正视挑战，合作共赢促进综合国力的发展，提升双方国际地位。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, the center of the world economy gradually shifted from the Atlantic to the Pacific. The status and influence of the emerging economies, represented by China and the Latin American Brazil, were increasing in the world economy. China and Latin America have also strengthened their attention to each other in the cooperation of international affairs. In recent years, Chinese leaders have visited Latin America frequently, double The two sides have also carried out high efficiency, multi-level dialogue and strengthened political exchanges, and the Sino Latin American economy and trade are also developing rapidly to provide a solid basis for bilateral relations. The Sino Latin American relations are becoming more and more strategic and global. The two sides continue to improve dialogue and cooperation mechanism. Bilateral trade continues to develop rapidly, political mutual trust, technology and human exchanges are also happy. Under the international pattern of globalization and multi polarization, the cooperation between China and Latin America is full of opportunities and challenges. There are great potential for cooperation and contradictions and obstacles. The Sino Latin American cooperation forum also arises at the historic moment. China and Latin America should face the challenges in the cooperation mechanism such as the perfect China Latin America forum and other cooperation mechanisms, and cooperate to promote the development of comprehensive national strength.
