【摘要】：信息化发展在带给人类社会文明、社会进步的同时,也对信息安全提出了重大挑战。近些年来,无论发达国家还是发展中国家,都在逐步完善以信息化为核心的发展战略。随着信息化的不断深入发展和在国际社会中地位的持续提高,我国面临的信息安全形势也日益严峻,这要求我们以发展的眼光、从战略的高度,积极提高对信息安全问题的应对处理能力。
[Abstract]:The development of information not only brings civilization and social progress to human society, but also poses a great challenge to information security. In recent years, both developed and developing countries are gradually perfecting the development strategy with informationization as the core.
