美国战略重心东移与中国国际政治战略的应对

【摘要】：二战后,世界进入美苏两强争霸时代,也由此进入冷战时期,在此期间美国亦逐步形成具体、可观的全球战略。美国的全球战略随着自身实力和国际形势的变化有着相应的调整,但中国在美国的全球战略中始终占据着重要位置。自2008年全球金融危机以来,美国实力的相对衰落使得国际局势发生着重大变化,后冷战时代的国际政治格局面临深刻变动。为了继续保持世界领先地位,美国高调宣示“重返”亚太。当前美国全球战略重心东移,加大对中国的战略阻断和干扰,使得亚太地区地缘政治格局日趋复杂,形势更为动荡,中国走和平发展道路的内外部环境更加严峻。面对美国的战略重心东移,中国作为应对的未来国际政治战略并不复杂：继续坚定不移地走和平发展道路,并在此基础上坚持以实力为基础的、符合当前国际政治发展现实和趋势的“务实王道”国际政治战略,积极探索中西交融、可持续的全球治理形式。
[Abstract]:After World War II , the world entered the era of the Soviet Union and the Soviet Union , and thus entered the cold war era , during which the United States has gradually formed a concrete and sizeable global strategy . The global strategy of the United States has a corresponding adjustment with its own strength and the changes of the international situation , but China has always occupied an important position in the global strategy of the United States .

Since the global financial crisis in 2008 , the relative decline of the strength of the United States has made major changes in the international situation , and the international political landscape in the post - cold - war era has undergone profound changes . To continue to maintain the world ' s leading position , the high profile of the United States declared its return to the Asia - Pacific region .

Facing the strategic center of gravity of the United States , China ' s future international political strategy as a response is not complex : to continue to follow the path of peaceful development and to adhere to the international political strategy of " pragmatic " , which is based on the strength , in line with the realities and trends of international political development , and actively explores the forms of Sino - Western integration and sustainable global governance .
