【摘要】：正最近一段时间,全世界的目光都集中在克里米亚。世界不太平。对于国家安全战略问题的研究来说,这是一部最新教材。乌克兰事件,至少提供给我们两点启示。第一,人民群众基本生活条件的安全,也就是人民群众的衣食住行问题,属于国家安全的一部分而且是基础性的部分,也是国家安全的基本前提。
[Abstract]:Recently, the eyes of the world have been focused on Crimea. The world is not at peace. For the study of national security strategy, this is the latest textbook. The events in Ukraine offer at least two revelations. First, the security of the people's basic living conditions, that is, the issue of the people's clothing, food, housing and transportation, is part of and fundamental to national security, and is also a basic prerequisite for national security.
