印度媒体涉华报道及其影响研究

【摘要】:相较于印度的经济发展水平和其他发展中国家,印度媒体处于“超前发达”的阶段,且有继续快速发展的趋势。这种状况使印度媒体在其国内有着非同一般的地位、作用和影响。其与印度政府的关系也是几经调整,而每次调整都不同程度增强了印度媒体对政府内外政策的影响力。由于种种原因,印度媒体对中国十分关注,其态度、立场和报道倾向对印度政府的对华政策也产生了一定作用。 伴随着中印关系的变迁,印度媒体的涉华报道基调经历了三次大的调整:从1949年到1962年,印度媒体从对华友好降为对华敌视;从1962年到1988年,由于国际形势和印度国内形势的变化,印度媒体逐渐由对华敌视转为缓和,其标志是不再一边倒地反对印度领导人访华,而是转为分析和辩论印度领导人访华的利弊;1988年后,印度媒体涉华报道进入起伏并逐渐趋稳阶段,其主流是对华友好,但仍时不时爆出一阵杂音。 导致印度媒体涉华报道基调变化的因素纷繁复杂。本文从两个分析影响媒体报道内容的重要理论——美国传媒理论研究权威帕梅拉·休梅克的“等级模型”以及欧洲传媒理论权威麦奎尔和温德尔的“社会压力下媒体学说”中,推导出影响印度媒体报道的三个主要因素:印度媒体自身因素、官方因素和社会因素,并根据全球化趋势的快速发展,提出印度媒体也深受国际因素的影响。据此,本文对影响印度媒体涉华报道的原因做了理论分析。 关于印度媒体涉华报道对中印关系的影响,本文认为印度媒体影响中印关系的方式明显具有“议程设置”和“沉默的螺旋”这两个理论的特质,同时通过案例分析,对印度媒体影响中印关系的效果进行了分析,并归结出其积极影响和消极后果。 总体看,印度媒体涉华报道对中印关系的大局影响有限,但不容忽视其作用。鉴此,笔者引用媒体外交的新概念,认为应将对印媒体外交纳入对印总体外交的框架,以适当引导印度媒体,趋利避害,使中印关系的发展有一个更加良好的舆论环境和友好的民间氛围。
[Abstract]:Compared with the level of economic development in India and other developing countries, the Indian media is in the stage of "advanced development" and has a tendency to continue to develop rapidly. This situation makes the Indian media have an unusual position, role and influence in its own country. Its relationship with the Indian government has been adjusted several times, each of which has increased the influence of the Indian media on the government's internal and external policies to varying degrees. For various reasons, the Indian media pay close attention to China, and its attitude, position and reporting tendency also play a role in the Indian government's China policy. With the change of Sino-Indian relations, the tone of the Chinese-related reports in the Indian media has undergone three major adjustments: from 1949 to 1962, the Indian media reduced from friendship to hostility to China, and from 1962 to 1988, As a result of the changes in the international situation and the domestic situation in India, the Indian media has gradually turned from hostility to China to relaxation. Its symbol is that it is no longer opposed to the Indian leader's visit to China, but rather to analyze and debate the advantages and disadvantages of the Indian leader's visit to China; after 1988, Indian media reports on China have entered a period of ups and downs and are becoming more and more stable, mostly friendly to China, but there is still a murmur from time to time. The factors that lead to the change of tone in Indian media report on China are complicated. This paper analyzes two important theories that influence the content of media reports: Pamela Humek's hierarchy model of American media theoretical research authority, and the media theory of social pressure by McGuire and Wendell of Europe. Three main factors influencing Indian media reporting are deduced: Indian media itself, official factors and social factors. According to the rapid development of globalization, Indian media are also deeply influenced by international factors. Based on this, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the reasons that influence Indian media reporting on China. With regard to the influence of Chinese media reports on Sino-Indian relations, this paper holds that the way in which Indian media influence Sino-Indian relations obviously has the characteristics of "agenda setting" and "Silence Spiral", and at the same time, through a case study, This paper analyzes the effect of Indian media on the relationship between China and India, and concludes its positive and negative effects. In general, Indian media China-related reports have a limited impact on the overall situation of Sino-Indian relations, but can not be ignored. In view of this, the author cites the new concept of media diplomacy, and holds that it should be included in the framework of the overall diplomacy to India in order to properly guide the Indian media and seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. So that the development of Sino-Indian relations has a better public opinion environment and a friendly folk atmosphere.
