印度新政府的外交政策议程

【摘要】：正印度国防研究和分析研究院外交政策是以国家的长期国家利益为基础的,它需要同时考虑到国内和国际因素。当政府发生变动的时候,一个国家的战略利益不会发生变化,但是国家的处事风格和对外政策的优先事项确实会发生变化。这样,我们就预期会在新政府的外交政策当中同时发现变化的和不变的内容。
[Abstract]:The Indian Institute of Defence Research and Analysis is based on the country's long-term national interests and needs to take into account both domestic and international factors. When government changes, a country's strategic interests do not change, but the country's style and foreign policy priorities do change. In this way, we expect to find both changing and constant elements in the new administration's foreign policy.
