公共外交视角下的中非教育交流研究
[Abstract]:Educational exchange and cooperation between China and Africa is an important field of Sino-African relations, and has always played an important role in the development of Sino-African relations. From China's point of view, educational exchange between China and Africa is not only an important form of China's aid to Africa, but also one of the main ways to realize China's public diplomacy. At present, academic research on educational exchange between China and Africa is mainly carried out from the angle of foreign aid, but it is not very sufficient to analyze China-Africa education from the perspective of public diplomacy. Under the guidance of the theory of public diplomacy, this paper attempts to analyze the characteristics and shortcomings of China-Africa educational exchange activities in China through the investigation of the historical development and realization of educational exchanges between China and Africa, and puts forward some targeted suggestions. This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction mainly introduces the concept of public diplomacy, the function of international educational exchange, points out the dual attributes of development aid and public diplomacy of educational exchange activities between China and Africa, and summarizes the current situation of research on this issue in Chinese academic circles. The first part of the text examines the three stages of the development of educational exchanges between China and Africa, and introduces the main forms, important achievements and experiences and lessons of the educational exchanges between China and Africa in each stage. The second part selects the five most important cases in the current China-Africa educational exchange: the Government Scholarship Program, the Confucius Institute, the African Human Resources Development Fund, the China-Africa higher Education 20 Cooperation Program and the China-Africa Joint Research and Exchange Program. In order to understand the current situation of educational exchange between China and Africa, this paper analyzes the development of each project, the operation of management and the role of the project in public diplomacy. The third part mainly discusses the characteristics of China-Africa educational exchange activities and the existing problems from the point of view of public diplomacy, and then puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the public diplomatic attributes of China-Africa educational exchange. The conclusion reiterates the importance of the educational exchange between China and Africa to the diplomatic relations between China and African countries and to the shaping of China's international image.
