对话方法在冲突化解中的有效运用

【摘要】:对话在冲突化解过程中具有重要作用。高效的对话需要具备六个方面的基础,即目的与原则、合适的战略问题、参与者的参与、基本结构、协助者和物理空间。近年,西方提出并在冲突化解中采用的对话方法主要包括理解性探寻、变革实验室、围圈对话、深度民主、探索未来、和平学校、开放空间、情景规划、持续对话和世界咖啡屋,这些方法针对不同的冲突情境而有其特定的适用性和局限性。
[Abstract]:Dialogue plays an important role in the process of conflict resolution. Effective dialogue requires six foundations, namely, goals and principles, appropriate strategic issues, participation of participants, basic structures, facilitators and physical spaces. In recent years, the methods of dialogue proposed by the West and adopted in conflict resolution include understanding exploration, laboratory of change, circle dialogue, deep democracy, exploration of the future, peace schools, open space, scenario planning. Continuous dialogue and World Cafe, these methods have specific applicability and limitations for different conflict situations.
