中俄对外战略中的软实力因素比较

【摘要】：对外战略既是一种软实力,又是软实力的重要载体和软实力资源的调动方式。中俄战略目标相似,但实现战略目标的路径差别很大。中国对外战略始终被为王以德的仁治思想主导,俄罗斯对外战略则更注重实力主义,具有一定扩张性。中国对外战略的视野和前瞻性较俄狭窄和滞后,导致大量战略资源没有被充分利用。俄罗斯善于大国博弈,能够充分调动资源,但其战略资源难以满足对外战略需求。
[Abstract]:Foreign strategy is not only a soft power, but also an important carrier of soft power and the mobilization of soft power resources. The strategic objectives of China and Russia are similar, but the paths to achieve them are very different. China's foreign strategy has always been dominated by Wang Yide's benevolence thought, while Russia's foreign strategy is more materialistic and expansionary. The vision and foresight of China's foreign strategy are narrower and slower than Russia's, resulting in a large number of strategic resources being underutilized. Russia is good at big country game and can fully mobilize resources, but its strategic resources are difficult to meet the external strategic needs.
