南海问题与两岸关系

【摘要】：台湾当局的南海政策既受制于岛内政治生态,又受制于国际政治情势,更受制于两岸关系状况。长期的分裂分治局面导致两岸南海政策一直处于"散焦"状态,未能在共同维护南海权益方面形成应有的"凝聚力"。当前蔡英文当局在南海问题上的一系列政策动向在很大程度上触动了两岸关系的敏感神经,大陆同时面临南海问题与两岸关系双重压力的风险正在明显增大。作为一对辩证统一的关系范畴,南海问题与两岸关系之间既能够互相牵制,又可以彼此促动。如何争取在两岸关系发展中管控南海问题,在南海问题管控中发展两岸关系,是摆在大陆与台湾面前一项共同的重大课题。
[Abstract]:The South China Sea policy of the Taiwan authorities is not only restricted by the political ecology on the island, but also by the international political situation, and also by the state of cross-strait relations. As a result of the long split and partition situation, the South China Sea policy of the two sides has been in a state of "defocusing" and has failed to form the "cohesion" in jointly safeguarding the rights and interests of the South China Sea. At present, a series of policy trends of Tsai Ing-wen authorities on the South China Sea issue have to a large extent touched the sensitive nerve of cross-strait relations, and the risk of the mainland facing both the South China Sea issue and the cross-strait relations is obviously increasing. As a dialectical unity of relations, the South China Sea and cross-strait relations can both restrain each other and promote each other. How to control and control the South China Sea issue in the development of cross-strait relations and the development of cross-strait relations in the South China Sea issue is a common and important issue facing the mainland and Taiwan.
