孔子学院的发展及其在中国软实力建设中的作用

【摘要】：改革开放30多年来，中国通过快速发展，政治、经济、科技实力明显增强，一跃成为在地区和世界有重要影响力的大国。“中国崛起”被认为将是本世纪改变世界格局的重大历史事件之一。然而在中国崛起的过程中，仅有硬实力的发展是不够的，当代世界主要大国的崛起历史表明，必须要同步发展本国本民族的软实力，扩大文化影响力。当今世界的大国无不把传播本国文化、推广自己的价值观视为一项重要工作。进入新世纪以来，增强文化软实力已在我国学术界和领导层形成了共识，以党的文件形式成为国家战略。诞生于2004年的孔子学院通过推广中国的语言文化，成为了中国文化软实力中一个重要品牌。其在近几年来的迅猛发展势头，使其成为了研究中国软实力建设与发展的中的一个文化样本。本文通过对世界主要大国扩大本国文化影响力做法的介绍，结合软实力理论，对孔子学院的发展过程进行了回顾、对其发展现状和存在的问题进行了分析，就其在如何在中国文化软实力的发展中发挥更大的作用进行了一定的研究，，提出了自己的见解，并为孔子学院的改进和完善提出了一些思考和建议，希望为其提供有益的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China has become a major country with great influence in the region and the world through rapid development, political, economic, and scientific and technological strength. China's rise is regarded as one of the major historical events that will change the world pattern in this century. However, in the process of China's rise, the development of hard power is not enough. The history of the rise of major powers in the contemporary world shows that it is necessary to simultaneously develop the soft power of our own nation and expand its cultural influence. Nowadays, the great powers in the world regard spreading their own culture and promoting their own values as an important task. Since entering the new century, strengthening the soft power of culture has formed a consensus in the academic circles and the leadership of our country, and has become a national strategy in the form of the party's documents. Confucius Institute, born in 2004, has become an important brand in the soft power of Chinese culture by popularizing Chinese language and culture. Its rapid development in recent years has made it a cultural sample in the study of the construction and development of soft power in China. This paper reviews the development process of Confucius Institutes through the introduction of the practice of expanding the cultural influence of the major powers in the world, and combines with the theory of soft power, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the development of Confucius Institutes. On how to play a greater role in the development of the soft power of Chinese culture, this paper makes some research, puts forward its own opinions, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for the improvement and perfection of Confucius Institutes. It is hoped to provide useful reference value for it.
