【摘要】：正汉王朝的统一及其强盛,使其成为公元前后长达四百年雄踞东亚、睥睨欧亚大陆的超级大国,其外交触角亦随之从东亚地区伸向了广袤的西方世界,登上了世界外交舞台。时代发展和外交新局面的需求,使其面临难得的历史机遇,促使其外交职能急速膨胀,构建了一整套相应的外交体制,从而把自先秦以来形成起来的中国古典外交体制推进到了一个新的高度和发展阶段。它不仅在汉代发挥了外交职能的积极作用,而且还被日后诸王朝所取法,直至近代被欧美政治制度所取代。显然,这个时代的外
[Abstract]:The unification and prosperity of the Han Dynasty made it a superpower that occupied East Asia for 400 years and overtook Eurasia, and its diplomatic tentacles also extended from East Asia to the vast western world and boarded the world diplomatic stage. The development of the times and the demands of a new diplomatic situation made it face a rare historical opportunity, which prompted its diplomatic function to expand rapidly and set up a whole set of corresponding diplomatic systems. Thus, the Chinese classical diplomatic system formed since the pre-Qin Dynasty has been advanced to a new height and development stage. It not only played a positive role in the diplomatic function in Han Dynasty, but also was adopted by the later dynasties, until the modern times was replaced by the European and American political system.
