有关中国特色军事外交的理论思考

【摘要】：中国军队正以更加积极的姿态参与国际事务,由于承担国际维和责任领域的拓展以及建构中国特色外交理论的总体需求,对中国军事外交进行理论探讨尤显必要。本文将军事外交定义为国家战略的对外非战争军事延伸,在回顾中国军事外交发展历程的基础上,尝试对其进行理论建构,并指出未来中国军事外交实务的三个发展方向,即作为发展中国家的军事外交、大国军事外交和基于中华文明的军事外交。
[Abstract]:The Chinese army is participating in international affairs with a more active attitude. Due to the expansion of the field of international peacekeeping responsibility and the overall need to construct the diplomatic theory with Chinese characteristics, it is particularly necessary to explore the theory of Chinese military diplomacy. This paper defines military diplomacy as the foreign non-war military extension of national strategy. On the basis of reviewing the development course of China's military diplomacy, this paper tries to construct its theory, and points out three development directions of China's military diplomacy practice in the future. That is, as a developing country's military diplomacy, big country's military diplomacy and military diplomacy based on Chinese civilization.
