新世纪以来巴以关系状况及影响因素研究

【摘要】：巴勒斯坦和以色列之间的冲突,是历史遗留问题,同时也是多国在中东地区进行博弈的产物。巴以之间的冲突并不仅仅是因为民族和土地的冲突,早期英法在巴勒斯坦地区的博弈,以及美国和苏联在该地区的博弈,都影响到了巴以关系的发展。巴以关系呈现出当今的形态,是多种因素共同作用的结果,这其中既有宗教、民族、领土等因素,也包含了地缘冲突,大国博弈等因素。而21世纪以来,随着国际局势以及巴以两方国内形势的变化,一些旧有的因素开始衰退,同时也出现了一些新的影响因素。本文在分析巴以历史的基础上,对21世纪以来的巴以关系做了梳理,并就隔离墙的修建、哈马斯的崛起、巴勒斯坦积极入联、美国在中东地区政策的转变等新的影响因素进行分析。
[Abstract]:The conflict between Palestine and Israel is a legacy of history and a product of a multi-country game in the Middle East. The conflict between the two countries is not only because of the conflict between the nation and the land, the game of the early English law in the region, and the game between the United States and the Soviet Union in the region, which has affected the development of the Palestinian-Israeli relationship. The relationship between the two countries is the result of a variety of factors, including the factors such as the religion, the nationality and the territory, and the factors such as the geo-conflict and the big-country game. Since the 21st century, with the change of the international situation and the internal situation of the two parties, some old factors have begun to decline, and some new factors have also emerged. On the basis of the analysis of the history of the Palestinian-Israeli, this paper has combed the Palestinian-Israeli relations since the 21st century, and analyzed the new influencing factors such as the construction of the wall, the rise of Hamas, the active participation of Palestine and the transition of the United States in the Middle East policy.
