【摘要】：马六甲海峡对日本而言极具战略价值,是日本"海上生命线"的重要关键点。马六甲海峡的安全通畅与否直接关系到日本经济发展甚至是日本生存的根基。然而,马六甲海峡一直以来都面临着来自传统安全和非传统安全的双重挑战。因此,马六甲海峡的安全引起日本的高度关注。日本为确保其在马六甲海峡的重大战略利益,长期以来从经济、政治、外交、军事等方面积极介入马六甲海峡安全事务。日本积极介入马六甲海峡安全事务的特点鲜明:政府与非政府组织携手合作;双边与多边外交相结合;未雨绸缪,军事准备积极。
[Abstract]:The Strait of Malacca is of great strategic value to Japan and is an important key point of Japan's "offshore lifeline." whether the Strait of Malacca is safe or unobstructed is directly related to Japan's economic development and even the foundation of Japan's survival. However, The Strait of Malacca has always faced dual challenges from traditional and non-traditional security. Therefore, the security of the Straits of Malacca has aroused great concern in Japan. In order to ensure its major strategic interests in the Straits of Malacca, For a long time, Japan has been actively involved in the security affairs of the Strait of Malacca from the aspects of economy, politics, diplomacy and military affairs. The characteristics of Japan's active involvement in the security affairs of the Straits of Malacca are as follows: the government and non-governmental organizations cooperate together; Bilateral and multilateral diplomacy are combined; good preparations are made ahead of time, and military preparations are active.
