[Abstract]:There were some arguments in history about Lenin's and Stalin's disagreement over the unification of the Soviet republics. The prevailing view was that Lenin's plan was more reasonable. Stalin has distorted the democratic principle of Lenin's national policy. Some scholars also think that Stalin's "autonomy" program is more correct.
