农商并重—弗里德里希二世经济政策研究

【摘要】：弗里德里希大帝是普鲁士时代非常重要的一位君主,也是启蒙运动时期一位极具代表性的“开明君主”,其“开明专制”的各项政策一直是学界较为关注的一个重点。本文主要从“重商主义”和“重农主义”两个维度对弗里德里希二世时期的经济政策进行系统研究,阐释其在位时期对于经济管理机构的完善,叙述其对于经济制度的改革,进而分析弗里德里希二世为促进工商业和农业发展做出的努力。当然我们也应注意到,弗里德里希大帝这一系列措施都是以增加财政收入为目的的,以此保证普鲁士军队的日常开销和军备供应。
[Abstract]:Friedrich the Great was a very important monarch of the Prussian era. It is also a representative "enlightened monarch" in the Enlightenment period, whose policies of "enlightened autocracy" have always been a focus of attention in academic circles. This paper mainly focuses on the two aspects of "mercantilism" and "emphasis on agriculture". A systematic study of the economic policies of Friedrich II, Explain the perfection of the economic management institutions during his reign, describe his reform of the economic system, and then analyse the efforts made by Friedrich II to promote the development of industry, commerce and agriculture. Friedrich the Great set of measures aimed at increasing revenue to ensure the daily expenses of the Prussian army and the supply of armaments.
