【摘要】：正三河地区是指额尔古纳河的支流根河、哈乌尔河、得尔布尔河流域。俄国人早期越界来此地垦荒、放牧、割草,习惯将此地称之为三条河,俄语,这就是三河这一地理名称的来历。三河地区位于海拉尔以北140公里,土地面积大约一万五千平方公里。三河地区东边遥望大兴安岭,南接呼伦贝尔大草原,西面及北面隔黑龙江上游的额尔古纳河与俄罗斯赤塔州相邻。这里有较厚的黑土层,土壤肥沃,发展农牧业生产有得天独厚的自然条件。20世纪初,额尔古纳河对岸的
