[Abstract]:The 2016 edition of Shanghai people's Publishing House combs the century-long history of German enterprise representative association system from a diachronic point of view.A corporate representative is an enterprise-level labor-management coordinating body elected by an employee to represent the employee's interests.It works with capitalists in welfare, personnel and economic affairs.The system first emerged in the second half of the 19th century and was institutionalized in the early days of the Weimar Republic. After the absence of the Nazi period, it reappeared on the stage of the Federal Republic of Germany and constructed it.
