马尔克与5-9世纪的法兰克社会

【摘要】：5—9世纪的法兰克社会是西欧封建化的典型,同时也是一个具有过渡性质的社会,因为被视为西欧文明的胚胎一—马尔克制度在这个过渡时代起着重要作用。因此,研究马尔克与封建化的关系有重要学术意义。同时,马克思和恩格斯也特别关注马尔克的研究,因为他们研究古代史都是从分析农村公社开始的,这与他们分析资本主义是从分析商品开始的一样,是一个非常重要的方法论。5—6世纪中叶,是法兰克社会国家产生,氏族制度瓦解,土地公有制受到挑战的时代。从6世纪下半叶到9世纪,是法兰克社会封建化时代,通过征服者与被征服者的融合、日耳曼因素与罗马因素的融合、经济基础与上层建筑的变革,尤其是通过封建大土地所有制代替马尔克小土地所有制之后,法兰克确立起领主封建社会或领主林立的封建无政府状态的社会。马尔克小土地所有制虽然在封建化中瓦解了,但它作为社会的基层组织并没有解体,它不仅影响着5—9世纪法兰克社会的性质,而且在法兰克社会确立领主封建制度之后,继续以“村庄共同体”的形式发挥着自己的职能及作用。因此,马尔克在西欧封建社会中也曾长期残存,那种认为古代东方的农村公社长期残存,而马尔克只是短暂残存的观点应该纠正。
[Abstract]:The Frank society in the 5-9 century is a typical feudal society in Western Europe, and it is also a transitional society, because it is regarded as the embryo of Western European civilization-Marker system plays an important role in this transitional period.Therefore, it is of great academic significance to study the relationship between Mark and feudalization.At the same time, Marx and Engels also paid special attention to the study of Malk, because their study of ancient history began with the analysis of rural communes, just as their analysis of capitalism began with the analysis of commodities.It is a very important methodology in the middle of the 5th-6th century. It is the era of the emergence of the Frank society, the disintegration of the clan system and the challenge to the public ownership of the land.From the second half of the sixth century to the ninth century, it was the feudal era of the French society. Through the fusion of the conqueror and the conqueror, the integration of the Germanic factor and the Roman factor, the transformation of the economic base and the superstructure.Especially after replacing the small land ownership with feudal land ownership, Frank established feudal feudal society or feudal anarchy of lords.Although the ownership of small land in Malke disintegrated in the process of feudalization, it did not disintegrate as the grass-roots organization of society. It not only affected the nature of Frank society in the 5-9 century, but also after the establishment of feudal system of the lord in the society of Frank.Continue to play its own function and role in the form of "village community".Therefore, Malk had long survived in the feudal society of Western Europe, the idea that the rural communes of the ancient East survived for a long time, and that Malk was only a temporary remnant should be corrected.
