探析“藏独”势力的幕后推手

【摘要】：近些年来,“藏独”势力频繁登上国际舞台。达赖集团多次“访问”欧美国家,不断鼓吹“西藏独立”和“人权”、“民主”；“藏独”恐怖分子借2008年中国承办奥运会之机,公然破坏火炬传递,制造拉萨“3·14”打砸抢烧严重暴力犯罪事件,不断践踏中国人民的生命财产和国际人道主义底线,以此抬高国际知名度和社会影响力,企图进一步将西藏问题国际化。因此,我们应当看到“藏独”势力不是单一、孤立的,他们如此猖獗,这与传统国外势力的操作和遥控密不可分。我们要深挖根源,仔细研究和分析英国、印度和其他国外势力在“藏独”势力形成和发展过程中的催化诱导作用,根据其特点“按方抓药”,提出切实可行、有针对性的建议,在主张谈判解决西藏问题的同时,坚决回击“藏独”势力和国际反华力量的攻击,早日实现西藏的和平稳定和长治久安。本文共分三章。第一章以英国的侵略政策为主线,展现了英国由谋求通商到武装入侵、由拉拢西藏上层到驱逐中国力量、由以条约实现“西藏独立”到将西藏问题国际化的一系列阴谋诡计和丑恶嘴脸,并对其各个阴谋进行了详细分析。第二章从历史的传承性和政策的延续性出发,叙述了独立后至今,印度接替英国所实施的“藏独”手段和当今主要外国势力支持达赖集团的具体表现,并总结出当前“藏独”活动的特征。第三章是对前两章的实用性升华,根据对国外势力涉藏事实和心理的分析,作者就如何阻止国外力量干涉西藏事务、消灭西藏分裂势力、维护西藏稳定提出自己的合理化建议。结语部分是对现实的总结和未来的展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Tibetan independence forces frequently appear on the international stage. The Dalai clique has repeatedly "visited" European and American countries, constantly advocating "Tibet independence", "human rights" and "democracy"; and "Tibet independence" terrorists have taken the opportunity of hosting the 2008 Olympic Games in China to blatantly sabotage the torch relay. Lhasa's "14 March" beating, smashing, burning, and serious violent crimes have constantly trampled on the Chinese people's life and property and the bottom line of international humanitarianism, thus raising the international visibility and social influence in an attempt to further internationalize the Tibet issue. Therefore, we should see that "Tibetan independence" forces are not single, isolated, they are so rampant, which is closely related to the operation and remote control of traditional foreign forces. We should dig deep into the root causes, carefully study and analyze the catalytic and inductive role of Britain, India and other foreign forces in the formation and development of the "Tibetan independence" forces, and, according to their characteristics, "grasp the medicine according to the prescription" and put forward practical and targeted suggestions. While advocating a negotiated solution to the Tibet issue, we must resolutely counter the attacks of the "Tibetan independence" forces and international anti-China forces, and realize peace, stability, and long-term peace and stability in Tibet at an early date. This paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter takes Britain's aggressive policy as the main line and shows the British movement from seeking trade to armed invasion, from attracting the upper echelons of Tibet to expelling Chinese forces. From the realization of "Tibet independence" by treaty to the internationalization of Tibet issue, a series of conspiracies and ugly faces were analyzed in detail. The second chapter, proceeding from the historical inheritance and continuity of the policy, describes the "Tibetan independence" means implemented by India as a successor to Britain and the concrete performance of the major foreign forces supporting the Dalai clique since independence. And summed up the current activities of "Tibetan independence" characteristics. The third chapter is the practical sublimation of the first two chapters. Based on the analysis of the facts and psychology of the foreign forces involved in Tibet, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to prevent foreign forces from interfering in Tibet affairs, eliminating the separatist forces in Tibet, and safeguarding Tibet's stability. The conclusion part is a summary of the reality and the prospect of the future.
