【摘要】：正1763年以后,随着英国殖民政策的改变,北美殖民地与英国的关系急剧恶化。北美人民为切实维护自身的权益,自1774年起开始探寻独立的进程。这种历史性转变的领导者便是各殖民地的"省区大会"(Provincial Congress或Provincial Convention,国内美国史学界除译"省区大会"外,也有译作"临时议会"、"新议会"的)。它们作为美国革命初期的临时政府,在独立斗争的形式、各邦宪政体
[Abstract]:After 1763, with the change of British colonial policy, the relations between North American colonies and Britain deteriorated sharply. The people of North America began their quest for independence in 1774 in order to safeguard their rights and interests. The leaders of this historic change are the provincial Congress or Provincial convention.At the same time, in addition to translating the provincial and district congresses, American historians also translate them into "provisional parliament" and "new parliament". They served as interim governments in the early days of the American Revolution, in the form of independence struggles, the constitutionalism of the states.
