【摘要】： 早期罗马帝国辅军是帝国武装部队的重要组成部分,是征服和维护帝国疆域、促进边疆发展和罗马化的重要力量。辅军是正规化、职业化军队,辅军制度通行于全帝国。本文尝试对驻不列颠辅军进行典型性研究,全面展示辅军制度,还原辅军官兵的军营生活,揭示驻不列颠辅军对当地社会、经济和文化多方面的影响。战斗素质方面,辅军部队兵种齐全、装备精良、适应性强,可以与罗马军团形成良好的配合；辅军士兵经历过严格的征兵筛选,天赋异禀、吃苦耐劳；辅军有严谨的文案制度、科学的训练方法,还有一系列手段保证士兵的忠诚和士气；辅军官兵有高标准的薪金、饮食和医疗待遇,较丰富的宗教生活,对罗马公民权和家庭有强烈追求,同时还在接受拉丁文为载体的罗马文化的洗礼。驻不列颠辅军对当地发展产生了巨大影响,他们不仅保卫边疆安全,也承担政府行政职能；不仅参与边疆建设,创造消费市场,还传播生产技术。总之,早期罗马帝国的辅军制度不仅是一种极为成功的军事制度,也是一条成功的民族政策,维护了庞大的多民族国家统一、团结、稳定和繁荣的局面。
[Abstract]:The auxiliary army of the early Rome empire was an important part of the imperial armed forces. It was an important part of the imperial armed forces.
