【摘要】： 妇女在古代罗马的历史上曾经发挥过重要的作用,尤其在罗马共和国时期,奴隶制经济的发展和社会阶级结构的变化,使罗马传统的妇女观念和妇女地位受到了强烈的冲击和影响。在此基础上,妇女在经济、政治、社会生活等方方面面占据着重要地位,这在女性几乎淹没无闻的世界古代文明中不能不说是一个少有的例外。本文从历史学的角度对罗马共和国时期的女性地位进行了系统研究。全文除前言和结语外由五个部分组成。前言部分论述了本文的研究意义、国内外学者的研究成果以及本文的研究方法。第一部分论述了女孩的出生及教育,并分析了罗马社会的重男轻女观念以及罗马社会对女性教育的观点和态度、教育方式。第二部分通过对婚约、婚姻形式和维斯塔女祭司的描述、共和国时期的婚姻种类和形式加以分析,以及对宗教文化中女性地位的阐述,论述了罗马人的婚姻形式逐渐强调对女性的保护,逐渐在向女性的权益倾斜。女性的宗教地位更是独树一帜。第三部分通过对已婚妇女经济地位、社会地位、政治地位、法律地位的论述,分析和对比共和国前期和后期两个阶段所带来的女性日常生活、法律权益的变化。在诸多因素的作用下,妇女逐渐获得社会的尊重并且在争取自己合法权益方面产生了共识。她们团结起来斗争使罗马男性被迫让出了一些政治和经济权利。第四部分通过对共和前期和后期妇女离婚和再婚的比较研究,揭示整个共和国时期女性在离婚、再婚方面逐渐获得自由的史实。这种自由有肆意堕落的趋势。第五部分概括总结女性地位提高的表现,并从战争、家长制、历史、财富等五个方面具体分析女性地位提高的原因。结语部分从整体上叙述女性成长的各个阶段在经济、政治、文化、社会生活中发挥的独特作用,阐述了女性意识在共和国时期充满张力的原因,指出了在当今社会妇女谋求自身真正独立的实质性方法。
[Abstract]:Women played an important role in the history of ancient Rome, especially during the period of the Roman Republic, when the economic development of slavery and the changes in the social class structure, The Roman traditional concept of women and the status of women were strongly impacted and influenced. On this basis, women occupy an important position in economy, politics, social life and so on, which is a rare exception in the world ancient civilization, which almost submerged by women. This paper systematically studies the status of women in the Roman Republic from the perspective of history. The full text consists of five parts except the preface and conclusion. The preface discusses the significance of this paper, the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and the research methods of this paper. The first part discusses the birth and education of girls, and analyzes the concept of son preference in Roman society, as well as the views and attitudes of Roman society towards female education, and the educational methods. The second part analyzes the marriage contract, the form of marriage and the Vesta priestess, the types and forms of marriage in the Republic, and the description of the status of women in religious culture. This paper discusses the Roman marriage form gradually emphasizes the protection of women and gradually tilts to women's rights and interests. Women's religious status is unique. The third part through the married women's economic status, social status, political status, legal status, the analysis and comparison of the two stages of the Republic in the early and late stages of women's daily life, legal rights and interests changes. Under the influence of many factors, women gradually gain social respect and consensus on their legitimate rights and interests. Their United struggle forced Roman men to cede some political and economic rights. The fourth part, through the comparative study of divorce and remarriage of women in the early and late Republican period, reveals the historical facts that women gradually gained freedom in divorce and remarriage during the whole period of the Republic. This freedom has the tendency of wanton depravity. The fifth part summarizes the performance of women's status improvement, and analyzes the reasons from five aspects of war, patriarchal system, history, wealth and so on. The conclusion describes the unique role that women play in the economic, political, cultural and social life in each stage of their growth, and explains the reasons why the female consciousness was full of tension in the period of the Republic. This paper points out the substantive method for women to seek their own real independence in today's society.
