试论殖民地印度孟买地区工人运动的特点

【摘要】： 作为近代印度的一个新兴社会阶层，工人阶级的出现及其活动迅速成为殖民地印度国家政治生活的重要组成部分。本文尝试以孟买地区的工人运动作为个案进行分析，全面考察工人阶级在这一时期的生存和工作状况以及工人运动情况。通过对相关史实的分析，总结概括出在这一时期孟买工人运动的特点。全文共分为五部分：第一部分为前言，介绍了本篇论文的写作动机、课题的研究现状及写作方法。第二部分，从孟买工人的生存状况、产业工人的来源、工人的宗教信仰和种姓情况、行业分布、民族和语言构成、性别构成情况等方面对殖民地印度孟买地区工人的基本情况进行了考察。第三部分，将孟买工人运动划分为三个阶段一工人运动的早期阶段、工人组织的出现和发展阶段、有组织的工会和政治运动阶段，并以这三个发展阶段为界，详细考察了近现代以来孟买工人运动情况。第四部分为本篇论文的重点部分，，通过对前文相关史实的总结分析，概括出殖民地印度孟买工人运动的四个主要特点。第五部分为结语。
[Abstract]:As a new social stratum in modern India, the emergence of the working class and its activities quickly became an important part of the political life of colonial India. This paper attempts to take the labor movement in Mumbai as a case study to investigate the survival and working conditions of the working class in this period and the situation of the labor movement. Through the analysis of relevant historical facts, summed up the characteristics of the Mumbai labor movement in this period. The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the preface, introduces the writing motivation, research status and writing methods of this thesis. The second part, from the living conditions of workers in Mumbai, the source of industrial workers, the religious beliefs and caste of workers, the distribution of industries, ethnic and linguistic composition, The basic situation of workers in Mumbai, India, was investigated in terms of gender composition. The third part divides the Mumbai labor movement into three stages: the early stage of the workers' movement, the stage of the emergence and development of workers' organizations, the stage of organized trade unions and political movements, and the boundary of these three stages of development. The labor movement in Mumbai has been investigated in detail since modern times. The fourth part is the key part of this paper, through the summary and analysis of the previous historical facts, summarized the four main characteristics of the labor movement in Bombay, India. The fifth part is the conclusion.
