缅甸若开邦“罗兴伽人”研究

【摘要】：罗兴伽问题目前成为国际社会关注缅甸的主要议题之一。但是,并没有多少人知道罗兴伽的历史。大多数人并不知道为什么罗兴伽人在极力地把他们的名字从孟加拉人改成罗兴伽人,以及罗兴伽这个名字是怎么出现的。英国殖民者占领若开邦之后,出于政治和经济目的带来了很多的孟加拉人。这是截至目前罗兴伽问题都尚未得到解决的缘起。1948年缅甸独立之后,由于议会政府采取了错误的政策,罗兴伽问题不仅没有得到解决,反而产生了更多的问题。稍后,一些国际组织也介入该问题。本文的写作主要是笔者在若开当地进行的田野调查、访谈和利用了一些原始文件基础上完成的。
[Abstract]:The issue of Luo Xing has become one of the major issues in the international community's attention to Myanmar. But not many people know the history of Luo Xing. Most people don't know why the Luo Xing people are trying to change their name from Bengali to Luo Xing, and how Luo Xing came into being. After the British colonists occupied Rakhine State, they brought many Bangladeshis for political and economic purposes. This is the reason why the Luo Xing problem has not been solved so far. After the independence of Myanmar in 1948, the issue of Luo Xing has not been resolved, but has created more problems because of the wrong policy adopted by the parliamentary government. Later, a number of international organizations were also involved in the issue. The writing of this paper is mainly based on the field investigation, interview and use of some original documents.
