【摘要】：正[编者按]这里约请法国三位学者就20世纪法国的社会运动,主要是工会运动进行笔谈,来探讨当代法国社会运动的一些特性。这些特性包括:为什么法国工会组织只有持续的分裂和碎化,而没能重建统一的运动;法国工会成分的组成为什么具有多样性,即除了工人、雇员和干部,公务员也扮演重要角色;为什么法国的工会运动缺乏协商文化,却充满不妥协的战斗性;由此又决定了在工会运动中劳资双方不能达成妥协,必须由政府作为中间人进行强有力的介入,等等。文章还涉及工会运动与法国社会福利制度之间的关系,这对我们了解当代资本主义制度及其所面临的困境都会大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Here three French scholars are invited to write about the French social movement in the 20th century, mainly the trade union movement, in order to explore some characteristics of the contemporary French social movement. These include: why French trade union organizations are only continuously divided and fragmented, but not able to rebuild a unified movement; and why the composition of French trade unions is diverse, that is, in addition to workers, employees and cadres, Civil servants also played an important role; why the French trade union movement lacked a culture of negotiation, but was full of intransigent militancy, which determined that in the trade union movement, labour and capital could not reach a compromise. The government must act as a middleman with strong intervention, and so on. The article also deals with the relationship between the trade union movement and the French social welfare system, which will be of great benefit to us in understanding the contemporary capitalist system and the difficulties it faces.
