20世纪60-70年代美国亚裔就业研究

【摘要】: 本文以美国亚裔人口就业状况为研究对象,结合美国亚裔少数民族群体的社会经济状况,解析在20世纪60-70年代美国亚裔民族群体就业的特点和状况,探究影响亚裔民族群体就业的因素,并探讨亚裔民族群体在就业领域所面临的问题。 全文分前言、正文、结语参考文献四部分。前言部分主要介绍中美学术界在美国政府的就业政策方面、美国就业状况方面以及亚裔民族群体状况等方面的研究成果与研究现状,确定本文所要切入的角度以及着重解决的问题,介绍本文所采用的研究方法和理论。 正文分三个部分:第一部分在整体介绍美国少数民族状况的基础上,概述美国少数民族的主要分支、发展历史和状况;着重探析美国亚裔移民群体的整体状况和内部各民族情况,主要介绍华裔、日本裔、菲律宾裔等几个重要民族的发展历史和状况。第二部分论述亚裔民族群体在20世纪60-70年代就业方面所呈现出的特点和状况,即就业率上升,就业层次提高,居住的地理区域扩大,就业领域扩展,女性就业人数增多,以及其内部各民族之间存在一定程度差异。第三部分探析影响亚裔移民群体就业状况的因素,探究其是怎样影响和作用于亚裔移民群体。 结语部分在总结全文的基础上,指出尽管美国亚裔民族群体在就业领域上取得了良好的成就,但是,他们同其他少数民族一样,深受美国社会和企业主的歧视,相对白人来说,他们就业率不高,就业层次比较低,同等条件下工资水平相对低。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the employment status of Asian American population as the research object, combining with the social and economic situation of Asian minority groups in the United States, analyzes the characteristics and conditions of employment of Asian-American ethnic groups in the 1960s and 1970s. This paper explores the factors affecting the employment of Asian ethnic groups and the problems faced by Asian ethnic groups in the field of employment. The full text is divided into four parts: preface, text and conclusion. The preface mainly introduces the research results and current situation of the Chinese and American academic circles in the aspects of the American government's employment policy, the American employment situation and the status of Asian ethnic groups. The research methods and theories adopted in this paper are introduced. The text is divided into three parts: the first part on the basis of the overall introduction of the status of minorities in the United States, outlined the main branches of American minorities, the development of history and status; This paper focuses on the overall situation of Asian American immigrants and the internal situation of various nationalities, mainly introduces the development history and situation of several important ethnic groups, such as Chinese, Japanese, Filipino and so on. The second part discusses the characteristics and conditions of Asian ethnic groups in employment in the 1960s and 1970s, that is, the increase of employment rate, the increase of employment level, the expansion of geographical area of residence, the expansion of employment field, and the increase of female employment. And their internal differences between the various ethnic groups to a certain extent. The third part analyzes the factors that affect the employment of Asian immigrant groups, and explores how they affect and affect Asian immigrant groups. On the basis of the conclusion of the paper, the conclusion points out that although the Asian-American ethnic groups have made good achievements in the field of employment, they, like other minorities, are discriminated against by American society and business owners, compared with whites. Their employment rate is low, the level of employment is relatively low, and wages are relatively low under the same conditions.
