文化冷战与冷战初期的苏联反美宣传——以中央宣传鼓动部解密档案为切入点

【摘要】：重视宣传与鼓动是苏联意识形态工作的特点之一。苏美冷战开始后,苏联进行了宣传机制调整与改革。此后在联共(布)中央宣传鼓动部的领导下,整个苏联持续进行了一场系统、连续性的反美宣传,藉此在苏联民众中塑造"美国是苏联人民的敌人"的形象。反美宣传持续、高强度地进行,使得对美国及西方的嫌恶与敌视成功地灌注到普通民众的意识当中,并将其凝聚到了苏维埃文化的内核中。探寻冷战初期的苏联反美宣传,对于了解此时的宣传机制与意识形态工作,观察冷战初期文化冷战的苏联因素等,都大有裨益。
[Abstract]:Emphasis on propaganda and agitation is one of the characteristics of Soviet ideological work. After the Cold War, the Soviet Union adjusted and reformed its propaganda mechanism. Under the leadership of the propaganda and agitation department of the CPC Central Committee, the whole Soviet Union continued to carry out a systematic and continuous anti-American propaganda, thereby creating the image of "the United States is the enemy of the Soviet people" among the Soviet people. The anti-American propaganda was carried out continuously and intensively, which made the dislike and hostility to the United States and the West successfully infused into the consciousness of ordinary people and condensed it into the core of Soviet culture. Exploring Soviet anti-American propaganda at the beginning of the Cold War is of great benefit to understand the propaganda mechanism and ideological work at this time and to observe the Soviet factors of the Cold War culture at the beginning of the Cold War.
