美国对菲律宾军事安全政策研究（1969-1976）

【摘要】：1969-1976年美国对菲律宾军事安全政策是战略调整还是战术改变？学术界可谓众说纷纭。通过对1969-1976年间美国外交文件、档案等研究，笔者认为1969-1976年美国对菲律宾的军事安全政策是战术改变。本文分五个部分来进行阐述，首先介绍1969年之前美国对菲律宾的军事安全政策，重点介绍1969-1976年间尼克松、福特时期美国对菲律宾军事安全政策，，并对其进行分析，进而得出美国这段时期对菲律宾的军事政策与之前相比是战术的改变。最后总结美国对菲律宾军事安全政策的影响因素。
[Abstract]:Is the US military Security Policy toward the Philippines from 1969 to 1976 a Strategic Adjustment or a Tactical change? There are different opinions in academia. By studying the diplomatic documents and archives of the United States during 1969-1976, the author thinks that the military security policy of the United States towards the Philippines from 1969 to 1976 is a tactical change. This paper is divided into five parts. First of all, it introduces the military security policy of the United States to the Philippines before 1969, focusing on the military security policy of the United States to the Philippines during the Nixon and Ford years of 1969-1976, and analyzes it. The military policy of the United States towards the Philippines during this period is a tactical change compared with the previous one. Finally, it summarizes the influence factors of US military security policy to the Philippines.
