资本主义时期西伯利亚城市的发展及其特点

【摘要】：广袤的西伯利亚拥有着无尽的自然资源，同时有着无尽的发展潜力。可是历史上的西伯利亚总是人迹罕至，仿佛是与世隔绝的另一个世界。直到大大小小的城市在西伯利亚兴起，人类开发西伯利亚的新纪元才来到。城市的发展是人类通向现代化的必由之路。世界上各国家和地区因其自然禀赋和历史条件不同，其所走的城市化道路也各不相同。笔者认为资本主义时期西伯利亚的城市发展处于西伯利亚城市化的起步阶段，，对整个西伯利亚的开发和日后的城市布局都起到了深刻的影响。本文分五个章节。第一章介绍了西伯利亚的自然地理条件并回顾了俄国对西伯利亚的征服，以及早期城堡型居民点的建立。第二章从资本主义列强的崛起，俄国东方政策的转变，农奴制改革和资本主义经济的产生等方面介绍了资本主义时期西伯利亚城市发展的历史背景。第三章和第四章是本文的主干。第三章按照城市化的基本理论把西伯利亚本时期城市的发展分为了两个阶段，并分别介绍了两阶段的发展动力和发展情况。第四章在第三章的基础上分析了城市发展给西伯利亚当地和全俄带来的影响。第五章着重分析了西伯利亚城市的特点，认为只有走城市发展的道路，西伯利亚才能得到发展；西伯利亚的城市在建立之初就有很高的战略地位，而随着西伯利亚大铁路的建立和其他条件的成熟，西伯利亚城市的战略地位不断提高，在日后发挥了重要作用。还有西伯利亚城市的发展深受国内殖民政策的困扰，始终不能按照最有利于自己的方向全面发展，最后造成了城市的职能和经济结构畸形发展。
[Abstract]:The vast Siberia has endless natural resources and endless potential for development. But Siberia in history was always deserted, as if it were another isolated world. It was not until the rise of large and small cities in Siberia that a new era of human exploitation of Siberia came. The development of the city is the only way to the modernization. Countries and regions in the world have different urbanization paths because of their different natural endowments and historical conditions. The author believes that the urban development of Siberia in the capitalist period is in the initial stage of Siberian urbanization, which has a profound impact on the development of the whole Siberia and the urban layout in the future. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the physical and geographical conditions of Siberia and reviews the Russian conquest of Siberia and the establishment of early castle settlements. The second chapter introduces the historical background of Siberian urban development in capitalist period from the rise of capitalist powers, the change of Russian oriental policy, the reform of serfdom and the emergence of capitalist economy. The third and fourth chapters are the backbone of this paper. The third chapter divides the development of Siberia into two stages according to the basic theory of urbanization. Chapter four analyzes the influence of urban development on Siberia and the whole Russia on the basis of chapter three. The fifth chapter focuses on the characteristics of Siberian cities and holds that only by taking the road of urban development can Siberia be developed, and Siberian cities have a high strategic position at the beginning of their establishment. With the establishment of the Siberian Railway and the maturity of other conditions, the strategic position of Siberian cities has been improved, which plays an important role in the future. Moreover, the development of Siberian cities is beset by the domestic colonial policy, and it can not develop in an all-round way according to the direction that is most beneficial to them, which results in the malformed development of the city's function and economic structure.
