美国对日占领时期日本劳动组合的整合

【摘要】：战后初期美国对日本实施的非军事化、民主化的政策措施,促进了日本国内劳动组合的重建。战前日本劳动组合与政党相结合的特点在重建过程中得以沿袭,因此具有浓厚的政治倾向。而随着美苏冷战的深化和美国对日占领政策的转变,战后改革所形成的日本国内政治格局和阶级关系呈现出复杂的演变过程,即在国际冷战的外压下,日本的国内政治也经历了结构性分裂的国内冷战,从而带来了劳动组合分裂、重组的必然结果。
[Abstract]:The policy of demilitarization and democratization implemented by the United States in the early postwar period promoted the reconstruction of Japan's domestic labor mix. The combination of labor groups and political parties in Japan before the war was followed in the process of reconstruction, so it had a strong political tendency. With the deepening of the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union and the transformation of the American occupation policy towards Japan, the domestic political structure and class relations formed by the post-war reforms have taken on a complicated evolution process, namely, under the pressure of the international cold war. Japan's domestic politics also experienced a structural division of the domestic cold war, which led to the division of labor mix, reorganization of the inevitable result.
