法国近代史上的书报审查逻辑

【摘要】：正传播的政治史经常被强调为是通往自由的惊心动魄的征途:无可避免的、光芒四射的崛起打碎了奴役的黑暗枷锁。这是个不错的传奇故事,不过有些粗略。我们这里以印刷时代为例开始讨论的审查机构的漫长历史展示出一些数量的循环机制,在这里,不管是好的还是坏的意愿都不能作为主宰来统治。颠倒的关系就好像昨天在书店和君主之间,今天在记者和部长之间有一个零赌注的赌博。前者越有力越自信,后者就越谦卑越可怜。
[Abstract]:The political history that is spreading is often highlighted as a thrilling journey to freedom: the inevitable and shining rise of slavery breaks the chains of darkness. It's a good legend, but a little rough. The long history of the censors, which we have discussed here as an example of the printing age, shows a number of circular mechanisms in which good or bad intentions cannot rule as masters. The upside-down relationship was like a zero-bet between the bookshop and the monarch yesterday and between reporters and ministers today. The more powerful the former, the more confident he is, the more humble the latter.
