论里根执政时期的经济政策

【摘要】： 二十世纪七十年代开始，美国陷入“滞胀”的泥潭，经济发展受到阻碍。八十年代初，里根政府实施的经济政策，使美国摆脱了“滞胀”的困扰，，经济发展重新走上正轨。里根政府经济政策的实施，对当时的美国社会产生了深远的影响。 论文供由三部分组成。 第一章是里根经济政策的历史背景。这一章介绍了里根执政之前的经济形势，即高通货膨胀率、经济增长缓慢、失业率高、劳动生产率降低、贸易逆差扩大。凯恩斯学派的经济政策对此无能为力，里根适时高举供给学派的大旗入主白宫。 第二章是里根经济政策的内容。这一章主要介绍了里根执政后所实施的经济政策，即减税、减少政府对企业的限制、削减联邦非国防性开支、执行紧缩货币政策、增加国防开支。 第三章是对里根经济政策的评价。这一章的第一节阐述了里根经济政策的理论依据。第二节阐述了里根经济政策的作用，即摆脱了高的通货膨胀率、推动了经济的持续增长、促进了科学技术的发展。第三节阐述了里根经济政策存在的问题，即形成高赤字高贸易逆差、贫富差距拉大、银行利率偏高。
[Abstract]:Since the seventies of the 20th century, the United States has been trapped in stagflation and its economic development has been hindered. In the early 1980s, the Reagan administration's economic policy lifted the United States out of stagflation and put its economic development back on track. The implementation of Reagan administration's economic policy had a far-reaching impact on American society at that time. The paper consists of three parts. The first chapter is the historical background of Reagan's economic policy. This chapter describes the economic situation before Reagan's administration, namely, high inflation, slow economic growth, high unemployment, reduced labor productivity, and enlarged trade deficit. Keynesian economic policy was powerless, and Reagan duly held high the banner of the supply school to the White House. The second chapter is the contents of Reagan's economic policy. This chapter mainly introduces the economic policies implemented after Reagan's administration, that is, tax cuts, reduction of government restrictions on enterprises, cuts in federal non-defense spending, implementation of tight monetary policy, and increased defense spending. The third chapter is the evaluation of Reagan's economic policy. The first section of this chapter sets forth the theoretical basis of Reagan's economic policy. The second section describes the role of Reagan's economic policy, that is, get rid of the high inflation rate, promote the sustained growth of the economy, and promote the development of science and technology. The third section expounds the problems existing in Reagan's economic policy, namely, the formation of high deficit and high trade deficit, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, and the high interest rate of banks.
