冷战后日本共产党对社会主义道路的探索研究

【摘要】： 成立于1922年的日本共产党是目前发达资本主义国家党员最多的共产党,其对社会主义道路的探索对发达资本主义国家如何进行社会主义探索具有理论和指导意义。 冷战结束后,日本政坛发生了巨大的变动,“五五”体制被打破,保守主义政党掀起了分化组合的高潮。由于日本社会党的投城致使日本的“革新”力量被削弱,同时保守势力却得到增强,整个社会也呈现出总体保守化的特点,国际共产主义运动在风雨后平稳发展,而日本共产党在经历了冷战结束后初期的衰弱之后获得了迅速的发展,在20世纪90年代中后期掀起了一场政坛风暴。在这种情况下,日共在2000年的二十二大上对其纲领政策进行了重大调整,在组织上也进行了调整,进行了对社会主义道路更深入的探索,以求在新世纪获得更进一步的发展。 日共在冷战后对社会主义道路的探索是对“日本式社会主义”的进一步继承和发展,本文主要从四个方面入手:在政权建设上的“民主联合政府”主张,在革命方式上继承和发展“人民议会主义”道路,在经济上坚持“社会主义市场经济”论,在国际政策上继续奉行“独立自主”政策。日共在进行理论更新的同时也注重在现实中的实践,将理论与实践相结合,不断完善和发展“日本式社会主义”。日本共产党对社会主义道路的探索具有其自身的特点,是具有日本特色的社会主义探索之路,在新世纪里,日共对日本的社会主义道路的探索既存在挑战又存在机遇,总的来说是挑战大于机遇,前途是光明的,但道路是曲折的,日本的社会主义之路有待于日本国民的支持和日共的艰苦奋斗和正确探索。 本文采用历史分析方法,文献收集方法,对比分析方法等方法,将日共冷战后对社会主义道路探索的背景、内容和特点进行了简要分析。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of Japan, founded in 1922, is the Communist Party with the largest number of members in developed capitalist countries at present. Its exploration of socialist road is of theoretical and guiding significance to how to carry out socialist exploration in developed capitalist countries. After the end of the Cold War, great changes took place in Japanese politics, the Fifth five-year Plan system was broken, and conservative parties set off the climax of division and combination. As a result of the investment of the Socialist Party of Japan, Japan's "innovation" force has been weakened, at the same time, the conservative forces have been strengthened, and the whole society has also shown the characteristics of overall conservatism. The international communist movement has developed steadily after the storm. The Communist Party of Japan developed rapidly after the end of the Cold War and set off a political storm in the middle and late 1990s. Under such circumstances, the Communist Party of Japan made major adjustments to its program and policy at the 22nd National Congress of the Communist Party of Japan in 2000, and also made adjustments in its organization, and carried out a deeper exploration of the socialist road in order to obtain further development in the new century. The exploration of socialist road by the Japanese Communist Party after the Cold War is the further inheritance and development of "Japanese-style socialism". This paper mainly starts from four aspects: the idea of "democratic coalition government" in the construction of political power. In the way of revolution, we should inherit and develop the road of "people's parliament", adhere to the theory of "socialist market economy" economically, and continue to pursue the policy of "independence" in international policy. While carrying out theoretical renewal, the Communist Party of Japan also pays attention to the practice in reality, combines theory with practice, and constantly perfects and develops "Japanese-style socialism". The exploration of socialist road by the Communist Party of Japan has its own characteristics and is a way of socialist exploration with Japanese characteristics. In the new century, there are both challenges and opportunities for the Communist Party of Japan to explore the socialist road in Japan. Generally speaking, the challenge is greater than the opportunity, and the future is bright, but the road is tortuous. Japan's socialist road needs the support of the Japanese people and the arduous struggle and correct exploration of the Japanese Communist Party. By using the methods of historical analysis, literature collection and comparative analysis, this paper briefly analyzes the background, content and characteristics of the exploration of socialist roads after the Cold War of the Communist Party of Japan.
