[Abstract]:In September and October 2013, during his visit to Central and Southeast Asian countries, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward a conceptual initiative to jointly build the "New Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road"; in April 2015, the National Development and Reform Commission, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce jointly issued the Vision and Action to promote the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Maritime Silk Road in the 21st Century, declaring that "Belt and Road" has entered a comprehensive stage of advancement. " Belt and Road "involves 65 countries, including Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, and is far from the world."
