【摘要】：国际产能合作是"一带一路"的重要实现形式。中哈产能合作是"一带一路"与"光明之路"战略对接的基本内容,堪称国际产能合作的典范,是发挥各自比较优势的互利共赢之举,其早期收获颇丰,合作前景广阔。中哈产能合作的新理念和新形式为"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的产能合作提供了新思路和新样板,已经引发"一带一路"沿线多国国际产能合作的溢出效应,正在推动国际产能合作由"双边合作"发展到"双边合作"和"多边合作"相结合的更高层次和更广领域。
[Abstract]:International production capacity cooperation is an important form of Belt and Road. The production capacity cooperation between China and Kazakhstan is the basic content of "Belt and Road" and "bright road" strategic docking, it can be regarded as the model of international production capacity cooperation, it is the mutually beneficial and win-win action that exerts their respective comparative advantage, its early harvest is quite abundant, the cooperation prospect is broad. The new concept and new form of production cooperation between China and Kazakhstan have provided new ideas and new models for the production capacity cooperation of countries and regions along the "Belt and Road" line, which has already triggered the spillover effect of the international capacity cooperation of many countries along the "Belt and Road" line. International capacity cooperation is being promoted from "bilateral cooperation" to "bilateral cooperation" and "multilateral cooperation" to a higher level and a wider range of areas.
